Daniel began his career in commercial real estate while completing his undergraduate degree in Geography and Urban Studies at UCLA.

The concepts he explored in class paired seamlessly with the hands-on experience he was gaining as a “street broker.” Years later, that foundation would enable him to become a trusted advisor to key players in the North Los Angeles industrial submarket.

Some of the clients Daniel has advised on purchases or leases include Jackbilt LA, Bonanza Trade & Supply, Hawker Pacific Aerospace, TipTop Restoration, The David Barnes Company, the Apprenticeship and Journeymen Training Trust Fund, LA Hydro Jet & Rooter Service, Gateway Telnet, Beginyan's World of Tile and Stone, Richard Williams Interior Services, 13 Splinters Inc, Kraft Bag USA, Trucin Investments LLC, Focil Construction, and Captured Digital.

Much of Daniel’s success stems from his energy, creativity, and relentless work ethic. Beyond his real estate expertise, he brings a unique perspective to his work, drawing on his background as a former basketball player. A standout in high school, Daniel set multiple school records and played for a state championship–winning program at Fullerton College before transferring to UCLA.

An avid endurance athlete, Daniel has completed four marathons and can often be found running along the Venice boardwalk or cycling through the Santa Monica Mountains.

Daniel hold a B.A. in Geography from UCLA.
